“500 ml bottle” is not an engineering definition. Suppliers need bottle geometry, neck and cap evidence to confirm handling and changeover scope.
Record the dimensions and features that affect transfer and stability.
The cap system must be checked with the matching bottle neck.
List every intended bottle and cap combination before order. The supplier should identify settings, change parts and FAT coverage for each format.
A drawing can start selection; physical samples and a confirmed test close the compatibility decision.
