Detailed machine RFQ

Request a Water Filling Machine Configuration and Quote

Tell Mr Kcal what bottle you need to fill and what already exists at your factory. A drawing is helpful, but you can begin with known inputs and mark the rest as not yet decided. The next step is a configuration and scope review, not an automatic price or guaranteed machine selection.

01

The shortest useful enquiry

Start with still-water product, bottle material and volume, closure, required good output, destination and whether you need a new filling center or a replacement machine. Include a reply email. Explain the buying decision you need help with rather than leaving only a capacity number.

  • Bottle/cap pairing and planned additional formats
  • Good bottles per hour or daily demand with planned operating hours
  • Existing equipment and requested supply boundary
02

For a replacement, include the connection points

Send the available layout and photographs of infeed/outfeed, conveyor elevations, line direction and utility connections. Identify the downstream equipment and control interface. Mark the measurements that have been verified versus estimates so the supplier can separate a recommendation from an engineering approval.

  • Available footprint plus access constraints
  • Voltage/frequency and plant control preferences
  • What must remain in operation and the proposed installation window
03

Ask for a response you can compare

Request the proposed configuration, reference bottle/output, included equipment, optional items, utility connections and unanswered questions. At the next review, add FAT, documents, parts and site-service responsibilities. An enquiry submission alone does not approve technical assumptions or create an order.

  • Technical configuration and deviations
  • Itemized commercial scope
  • Evidence needed before final approval
04

Share only the technical material needed

A bottle drawing, cap specification or relevant layout extract is usually more useful than an unrelated full project folder. Remove private customer information and material you are not permitted to share. If the upload does not work, use the published email and describe the file you need to send.

  • Keep the file's revision or date visible.
  • Use the upload formats and size limits shown in the form.
  • Do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential third-party records.

Questions and answers

Can I enquire before the final bottle drawing exists?

Yes. Send the available dimensions, package concept, cap choice and demand target, and label them provisional. Final compatibility and performance need the approved bottle/cap information and any required samples.

Do I need to know the model number?

No. Your product, bottle, cap, output and scope are the useful starting inputs. Ask the supplier to explain its proposed configuration rather than selecting a model code without that basis.

Does submitting the form confirm delivery or price?

No. The form communicates a requirement for review. Price, scope, output, delivery, acceptance and service terms need the project-specific proposal and agreed commercial documents.

1. Buyer and project

Provide a valid email or WhatsApp number.

2. Water, bottle and cap
3. Output and purchase scope
4. Existing equipment and replacement
5. Factory and delivery
6. Technical files

Allowed: JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF and MP4. Maximum 8 MB per file and 15 MB total. Files are validated server-side, attached only to the enquiry email and removed from temporary storage after sending.

Final configuration, availability, output and service scope require a formal technical proposal.
