Large-format single-use containers
The catalog presents a rotary 3–15 L reference and a separate linear 3–10 L reference. Choose between proposals by how they handle your actual empty and filled container, the output required and the work needed at changeover—not by assuming that every bottle in either volume range is compatible.

The full container must remain supported through capping, discharge and accumulation. Send dimensions, empty mass, base shape, handle position and the intended fill amount. Ask the proposal to show how tipping, deformation and impact are addressed at each transfer.
A filling-head count does not show how bottles enter, settle, fill, close and leave. For each offer, record which tasks are automatic and which require an operator. Ask for the output basis including these tasks, rather than a fill-only cycle presented as completed bottles per hour.
A returnable 18.9/20 L container brings incoming bottle condition, decapping and washing requirements that are not answered by a single-use large-bottle quote. State the return cycle explicitly; matching nominal litres does not establish that a filling platform is suitable.
Include the format with the most demanding handling or closure condition, not only the easiest demonstration bottle. Record steady transfer, acceptable fill, cap result, leakage observations and stops over the agreed run. Keep unresolved changes on a named action list.
Do not make that assumption. Compare the actual automation, handling, cycle, component scope and accepted output in the two offers. A platform label alone is not a price or performance specification.
The catalog range is only a reference. Handle position, neck/cap access, dimensions and full-container mass must be reviewed before that particular bottle is approved.
Send drawings or samples, the bottle/cap pairing, target completed bottles per hour, loading method, current conveyors, available space and destination. Mark anything not yet decided as an open input.
