Supplier acceptance / evidence before shipment

Water Filling Machine FAT Checklist and Evidence Plan

A useful water filling machine FAT checklist names what must be demonstrated, under which conditions and where the result will be recorded. Start from the approved machine scope and bottle/cap references, then agree the protocol with the supplier and the responsible technical team. Selecting a checklist topic does not prove that a test passed or authorize shipment.

01

Identify the machine and the protocol before choosing topics

Put the project, machine/configuration reference and protocol revision on the same planning record as the bottle and cap drawing or sample revisions. State whether the boundary covers the filler alone or a defined filling center. An unapproved drawing, substitute sample or unavailable peripheral is a limitation to resolve, not an invisible change to the test basis.

  • Confirm which formats and change parts are included in the purchase.
  • Record product-water conditions, utility basis and upstream/downstream interfaces.
  • Name supplier, buyer and any independent witness roles without assuming that observation is approval.
02

Agree criteria and duration; do not inherit a default

There is no test duration supplied by this checklist. The technical team should agree the observation window, good-output definition, sample checks and stop treatment for the project. Keep nominal speed separate from counted acceptable bottles. Define fill and closure acceptance criteria with their measurement method instead of importing an unexplained tolerance from another machine.

  • Retain start/end times, counter identity and unique rejected-bottle counts.
  • Record every stop and apply the written time treatment consistently; do not improve the result by silently removing stops.
  • Use the linked output-evidence tool for arithmetic only; a calculated rate is not FAT approval.
03

Build a planning draft, not a passed-test certificate

Use the checklist below to select topics for discussion and add proposed criteria or unresolved requirements. Export requires project/protocol and bottle/cap references plus at least one topic. Duration may remain unagreed; if supplied, the tool accepts whole minutes from 1 to 1,440 as a software input limit, not an acceptance recommendation. It checks completeness and format, not whether your criteria are technically adequate or agreed.

  • An unchecked topic is omitted from this draft, not declared unnecessary or passed.
  • The tool does not save entered fields between visits or send them to Allot Tech; download the draft before leaving.
  • The text file is an editable discussion aid. Review it with the supplier and technical team before adopting any protocol.
04

Document remote-witness limits and carry-over tests

For remote FAT, agree how the witness will identify the machine, see counters and sample references, and receive the underlying records. Edited video, an incomplete view or an interface absent from the factory setup cannot establish an unobserved result. Record what remains for independent inspection or site acceptance. Safety-related tests must be planned and performed by qualified personnel using approved procedures; this page is not a machine-operation procedure.

  • Keep raw record references, who observed each check and any interruption in observation.
  • Record simulated or unavailable interfaces and the agreed site verification needed.
  • For FAT versus SAT, distinguish pre-shipment machine evidence from checks that depend on the installed site and its connections.
05

Close deviations before the relevant release gate

For each deviation, identify the criterion, observed result, evidence, correction owner and required retest. A hypothetical example: output is demonstrated for the main bottle, but the additional-format change parts are unavailable. Record that missing demonstration explicitly and obtain the agreed decision; do not use a checked output item to close every format. FAT completion and shipment release remain separate records.

  • Attach actual results separately from this planning draft.
  • Keep open-item status, due gate and any conditional acceptance traceable to an authorized decision.
  • Send Mr Kcal the machine scope and unresolved evidence questions to discuss the project-specific proposal; do not send confidential third-party records without permission.

Questions and answers

What belongs in a water filling machine FAT checklist?

Identify the machine and protocol revision, reference bottle/cap, test conditions, accepted-output basis, quality checks, operating-event evidence, required documents and open-item process. Each selected topic needs an agreed method, criterion and result record; a list of topic names alone is not an acceptance protocol.

How long should the FAT run last?

Agree the duration and time-counting method for the project with the technical team and supplier. This tool does not recommend a duration or pre-fill one. Its optional 1–1,440 whole-minute field is a software limit, not an industry standard or a statement that a given run is sufficient.

Can I use the downloaded checklist as proof of acceptance?

No. It is a planning draft containing your references, selected topics and unverified notes. It has no measured results, authenticated evidence or authorized sign-off, and it does not approve safety, performance or shipment.

Can remote FAT replace every site acceptance check?

Not automatically. Remote witnessing is limited to the views and records provided, while some interfaces and installed-site conditions are unavailable at the factory. Define the remaining checks and responsible parties explicitly instead of assuming they were demonstrated.

What should happen when a FAT item remains open?

Record the requirement, observed limitation, supporting evidence, correction owner and retest or closure gate. Keep that record separate from the authorized shipment decision. An open item is not resolved by selecting a checkbox or exporting the draft.

Planning draft only. Select topics to discuss, not tests that passed. This tool does not approve safety, performance or shipment. It does not send or save your entered fields between visits.

No duration is recommended or assumed. Optional input: 1–1,440 whole minutes; this is a tool limit, not an acceptance standard. The technical team must agree the actual test basis.

Add the required references and select at least one topic to prepare a local draft.

Final protocol, criteria, results and authorized release decisions must be agreed and recorded separately. Only topic counts and interaction type are used for tool analytics, not the references or notes you enter.

Remote FAT and shipment release

Record the result, the limitation and the release decision separately.

A remote or in-person witness does not expand the agreed test scope. The result record should identify what was measured, what the witness could observe, which tests remain for site and who has authority to release packing and shipment.
