Rinser
The bottle is received, gripped at the approved feature, inverted, rinsed and drained before transfer.
- Confirm grip geometry and neck support
- Define rinse-water supply and drain
- Inspect bottle marks and stability during FAT
One monoblock / three synchronized zones
The monoblock combines bottle rinsing, still-water filling and cap application, but its commercial value depends on the confirmed scope around those three zones.
The bottle is received, gripped at the approved feature, inverted, rinsed and drained before transfer.
The filling zone must be matched to still product water, bottle geometry and the agreed operating basis.
Cap sorting, conveying, placement and tightening are a system. A capper line item without the feeding scope is incomplete.
The monoblock cannot deliver an isolated catalog speed if bottle supply, treated water, cap supply or outfeed accumulation are unstable.

Reference basis
The reference view makes the monoblock boundary visible together with cap handling and bottle outfeed. The signed proposal must still name every included interface.
3-in-1 machine working principle
A 3-in-1 water filling machine synchronizes bottle rinsing, still-water filling and screw capping on one rotary platform. The machine can reduce transfers and footprint, but the quotation is incomplete unless bottle infeed, cap handling, product-water supply, outfeed and control handovers are named.
Best fit: automatic PET bottled still water with an approved neck finish and screw cap. Glass bottles, carbonated water, hot-fill beverages, 3-15 L containers and returnable 18.9 L barrels require a separately confirmed machine concept.
| Station | Function | Buyer confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Bottle infeed | Transfers neck-supported PET bottles from the air conveyor | Neck finish, bottle stability, conveyor height and starvation response |
| Rinsing | Inverts and rinses empty bottles before filling | Rinse medium, contact time, drainage and no-bottle behavior |
| Filling | Fills still water under the confirmed normal-pressure process | Valve count, level control, tank feed, hygiene and 500 ml output basis |
| Capping | Feeds, places and tightens the approved closure | Cap drawing, sorter, chute, torque method and missing-cap reject |
| Outfeed and controls | Transfers capped bottles and coordinates stops | Conveyor elevation, permissives, alarms, accumulation and emergency-stop boundary |
