Technical planning
Ask every bidder for a utilities schedule at the filling machine's connection points. Each entry needs a value, unit, operating condition and responsible party. Catalog motor power, air pressure or a water-flow figure cannot substitute for a complete installation schedule.
Have the supplier state requirements for production, startup and cleaning separately. Mark whether a value is measured, calculated or provisional. Ask which simultaneous-use assumptions were applied before combining accessory demand.
For each utility, record connection size/type, location, supply condition and measurement point. The buyer's qualified engineers should check the proposed electrical and service requirements against the site; this checklist is not an installation design.
Mark who supplies isolators, treatment, pipework, hoses, cabling and final connections. Ask who measures and signs off conditions before commissioning. A broad “utilities by buyer” exclusion should still specify what the machine needs.
Retain the actual utility conditions alongside factory output results. If the factory uses a different supply arrangement, document the limits and confirm the required site measurements before engineer mobilization.
