PET still-water platform

PET Bottle Water Filling Machine: XGF Proposal Guide

The Allot Tech catalog describes an XGF PET/plastic platform combining bottle washing, normal-pressure still-water filling and capping. Use it as the starting point for a bottle-specific proposal, with the cap-handling and conveyor boundary stated separately. A reference image is not a final equipment specification.

01

Approve the bottle and cap as one package

Provide the full bottle profile, neck/support-ring dimensions and cap drawing, not just a photograph marked 500 ml. Tall, light or shaped bottles need their own transfer review. A cap that looks similar may have a different thread, liner, tamper band or application requirement.

  • Identify drawing revisions and representative physical samples.
  • List every planned bottle/cap pairing, not two unrelated ranges.
  • Ask which parts and settings change between approved formats.
02

Turn a reference BPH into a testable offer

The catalog's output reference uses a 500 ml bottle. A larger fill volume or a different neck and closure can change the proposal. Request a stated output for each contracted format, with a count of acceptable bottles over an agreed time and a record of stops and rejects.

  • Main reference bottle and cap
  • Supply conditions needed for the proposed rate
  • Acceptance run and changeover demonstration
03

List the accessories that make the monoblock usable

Identify the bottle supply, cap elevator/sorter, rinse supply and drain, product-water connection, full-bottle conveyor and downstream stop signal. An accessory visible next to a machine in the catalog is not automatically included in its price.

  • Mark every module included, optional or buyer supplied.
  • For an existing line, submit elevations, direction and available connection points.
  • Name who supplies and commissions each interface.
04

Retain evidence beyond a demonstration video

Ask for the agreed configuration and component/material schedule, drawings, format parts, operator instructions and a machine-specific FAT record. A video is useful when its bottle, cap, speed and run conditions are identified; it cannot establish every specification or future operating result.

  • Bottle handling, fill result and closure checks
  • Safety/alarm and restart observations
  • Outstanding deviations, retest and shipment-release record

Questions and answers

Does XGF identify one fixed machine specification?

No. Use the platform reference with the actual proposal's model, configuration, bottle list and acceptance conditions. A shared series name does not establish included accessories, component brands or performance.

Can the catalog 500 ml rate be used for a 1.5 L bottle?

Not without written confirmation. Request the supplier's proposed output and test basis for the 1.5 L bottle and closure; do not scale the rate by volume alone.

Does bottle rinsing prove sterilization?

No. Define the required hygienic outcome and its validation separately with the responsible process/quality team. The catalog's washing stage is not a sterilization-performance claim.

Reference basis

XGF platform information used with limits.

The 2026 catalog describes PET/plastic water washing, normal-pressure filling and capping; air-conveyor infeed; adjustable outfeed; PLC control; inverter coordination and photoelectric status detection.
